What data we collect
We do not collect, store, or retain any files you upload. PDF files are processed entirely in server memory and temporary disk space, then deleted immediately after your download completes. We do not collect personal information, account details, or usage analytics tied to individuals.
How files are handled
When you upload a PDF, it is written to a temporary folder on our server for the duration of processing only. The moment your file download is served, that temporary folder is permanently deleted. On server restart, any leftover temporary folders are also wiped. No backups of your files are made at any point.
Cookies
VoxTN PDF Tools does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any form of analytics that identifies you personally.
Third parties
We do not share your files or any data derived from them with any third party. File processing is performed entirely on our own infrastructure.
Children
This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
